Install

    Download the installer

    Click Download for Windows. The file goes to your Downloads folder.

    If Windows says “Windows protected your PC”

    Windows shows this for new apps it hasn’t seen many times. Click More info, check the app name is CentLabs Pro, then click Run anyway.

    Run the installer

    Choose where to install and follow the steps. CentLabs Pro opens when it finishes and adds a desktop shortcut.

First launch

    Create the owner account

    Sign in with Google, or enter the owner’s email and open the link we send. No email in a minute? Check the spam folder. If you already have a lab, the app offers to bring it back instead.

    Enter your lab’s details

    Lab name, owner name, phone number and address. These appear on your reports and invoices, and you can change them later.

  3. 3

    Save your recovery key

    Print it or write it down and keep it somewhere safe. It is your way back into the lab’s data if this computer has to be set up again.

  4. 4

    Start working

    Your lab opens straight away. If Early Access places are full, it waits for our approval and we’ll get in touch. Then set a 6-digit passcode and choose a USB drive or network folder for backups in Settings.
